Payment

When booking a guided tour with GoLocalWithUs we will send you a Quote. If you accept the Quote we will require payment for the tour. Once it is paid we will send you our confirmation.
We accept bank transfer and payment with international payment cards.
Any charges that may occur in connection with the transfer lie with the customer.

Cancellations must be made to GoLocalWithUs in writing via email. Please note that tour cancellation fees usually increase as the tour date approaches.
Received more than 30 days before the day of the guided tour – we charge a cancellation fee of 200 EUR / 1500 DKK per person.
Between 29-16 days before the day of the guided tour – loss of 50 percent of the total tour price.
Less than 15 days before the day of the guided tour or in case of “no show” – loss of 100 percent of the total tour price.
In the rare event that we have to cancel the tour – e.g. in case of very bad weather – you will receive full refund.

By submitting a booking request through GoLocalWithUs you agree that you will not hold GoLocalWithUs liable for any accident, injury, costs, property damage, theft or personal loss.
You assume all risks associated with the bike, walk or boat tour such as for example falls, the effect of the weather, traffic, and conditions of the road, all such risks being known and appreciated by you.
